What is Power Plate?
Performing an unlimited range of exercises and stretches at varying intensities on a vibrating plate exercises millions of muscle fibres throughout the whole body at 30-50 times per second, allowing safe training, whatever the age, with minimal impact at the right level resulting in a stronger, leaner, more efficient body in half the time of traditional training.
